A wooded setting for multi-generational living.

We have been working with Colin, the landowner, since 2018 to develop the plans for this back-land plot located in South London.

The site is accessed between the existing houses on the road and runs behind their back gardens. The site is home to a number of protected trees and the proposed designs seek to create a ‘cabin in the woods’ setting for the new 4 bedroom family home with a smaller 2 bedroom home for the grandparents.

The project was submitted for planning in May 2021 and we hope to commence the construction of the homes in late summer 2021.
