Located in a residential street in south Nottingham, the project redevelops an existing residential plot with two new homes.

The existing maisonette is retained and remodelled into a 5 bedroom, detached home. A 2 bedroom SNUG is proposed upon the site of the existing garage.

The SNUG home received planning consent in 2018, with the remodelled maisonette approved in 2019.

SNUG Homes has been appointed to re-design the SNUG plot by the new owners, expanding the home into a 4 bedroom SNUG.
