A small infill project for a young couple looking for their first home. The site is a former garage site overlooking Bristol centre and the new home uses the small footprint to create a 2 bedroom home with home working and a roof top garden. The project uses a hybrid version of the SNUG design & build systems which combines panelised offsite sections with full modules. The project has planning approval with construction starting in early 2024.
